The Technical Working Group for Land (TWGL) is a forum to address aid effectiveness at the thematic and
technical level. The TWGL Secretariat is now looking for a
Coordinator. The incumbent will be based at Ministry of Land,
Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) and will assist the Chairman of the TWGL and the Lead Donor Facilitator to
facilitate and implement the work of TWGL. Terms of Reference of the

Duration: 12 months.

Qualifications and Skills: |
• University Degree in relevant fields (e.g. land management and cadastral
development, natural resources management, rural development, natural
resources / agricultural economics);
• At least two-years experience working in land or other relevant sectors;
• Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment;
• Excellent administrative skills;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Excellent spoken and written Khmer and English;
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with stakeholder coordination and management, PBAs, and Aid
Effectiveness principles is an asset;
